Our brief from Alshaya was to create a non-alcohol Middle Eastern foods restaurant. The design is totally Middle Eastern influenced to appeal to tourists and local consumers in each market. All materials were researched and sourced locally and designed to be true to local cultural influences. Uniforms were selected by MDI and Alshaya. All collaterals conforming to mutually agreed brand guidelines and local custom.
